Focus is the Inner F.I.T. Circle, it is like the rim of a car's wheel. Everything starts with our mindsets. If we believe we have no time, we will not make time, even if only 5 minutes. It’s all about priorities and focus.  In this Blog, we share inspirational posts on health and wellness, and recipes and exercises to try out. 

Food 4 Fuel

 

Our bodies need the correct quantity and quality of foods for optimal functioning just like a car needs fuel. In the F.I.T. Circle, if mindset is like the rim of a car's wheel, proper nutrition is the tyres needed for movement.  In our Blog, we share nutritional information on foods and plant-based recipes.

Training 4 Fitness

 

Exercise is the final product to complete the F.I.T. Circle. 

Being active is the air the tyre needs and an important ingredient not only to physical health, but to our self-confidence and mental health.  We don't need a gym or a lot of time.  With effective training we can achieve a lot, even in only 30 minutes a day.
